Each order is carefully handled to meet our high standards. Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.

• Lagos: 1–2 working days
• Other Nigerian Locations: 2–5 working days
• International Orders: 5–10 working days
• Delivery times may vary based on courier services, and we will notify you of any changes.

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
• For international orders, rates vary depending on the courier and destination.
• If your package exceeds standard weight limits, the courier will notify you of additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns and exchanges.

Pre-Orders

• Processing for pre-orders begins 24 hours after confirmation.
• Production takes 5–10 working days, depending on the design.
• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

• If your order surpasses the estimated timeframe, allow an additional two working days for courier-related delays.

• Customer Responsibility: Once an order is dispatched and tracking number has been provided, the client and courier assumes full responsibility for its delivery. 2207 is not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages. However, we’re happy to assist with tracking updates if needed.

International Shipments & Customs

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country.
• These charges are not within 2207’s control and must be covered by the customer.
