Bespoke & Custom Orders

• No refunds or exchanges for bespoke or custom-made outfits, as they are tailored exclusively for each client.

Ready-to-Wear Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the following timeframes:

• Lagos: 24–48 hours after delivery
• Other Nigerian Locations: 48–72 hours after delivery
• International Orders: 5–10 working days after delivery

Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
• Customers cover all shipping costs for exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Report any faulty or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence.
• If confirmed, we will arrange an exchange only.
• Returns are not accepted if items are sent back outside the stated timeframe.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount.
