Consultation Appointments

• Consultations can be booked via our website or live chat.
• Sessions are available virtually (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet) or in person, based on the Creative Director’s availability.
• Each session lasts 30 minutes; additional time requires an extra fee.
• A non-refundable, non-transferable consultation fee secures your appointment.

Couture Orders & Payment Policy

• A minimum of 70% payment is required before production begins.
• You have up to 3 days to request modifications.

 

Cancellations made within 72 hours after production starts will incur a 20% deduction from the total payment.
